Shipping Policy

Digital Products (Patterns & Downloads)

All digital patterns and files are delivered electronically. You will not receive a physical product in the mail! After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a link to download your files instantly. If you do not see the email within a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder.

Physical Products

Order Processing Time

Due to the fragile nature of glass art, packing orders requires extreme care and attention. All physical orders are processed and packed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily ship via USPS or UPS.

Please note: Glass is heavy and requires oversized boxes with significant padding to ensure it arrives safely. Our shipping rates reflect the true cost of getting these delicate pieces to your door in one piece.

How We Pack Your Art

We take the safe transit of your artwork very seriously. Every physical glass piece is heavily wrapped, stabilized, and boxed with shock-absorbing materials to protect against the rough realities of transit.

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available for customers in the Indianapolis area!

If you select "Local Pickup" at checkout, your order will be prepared within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notification.

Important: Local pickup requires coordination. Once you receive your "Ready for Pickup" email, you must reply to coordinate a mutually agreeable time and public location for the hand-off (typically at our local studio space or another designated spot in town).

Please note: Local pickup is not a local delivery service. We do not deliver orders to personal residences. If we cannot agree on a reasonable pickup arrangement within 14 days, your order will be automatically canceled and refunded.

International Shipping

At this time, we mostly only ship physical glass items within the United States. If you are outside the United States, please send us an email at i.t.s.fineglass@gmail.com to discuss potential shipping costs and options!

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, delays are unfortunately out of our hands. However, if your tracking information shows your package has been stuck for an unusual amount of time, or if it says delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us at i.t.s.fineglass@gmail.com and we will do our best to help you track it down.

If a package arrives damaged, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for instructions on how to file a claim within 48 hours of delivery.
