Pattern Terms of Use

Thanks for buying a pattern!

You can make as many pieces from this pattern as you like, for yourself or as gifts. No limits.

You CAN sell the finished pieces you make from it. I love that! But make them by hand, in small batches. Just credit I.T.S. Fine Glass when you show or sell your work, tag us on social and mention the pattern is by I.T.S. Fine Glass. That credit is how other makers find their way here, and it means a lot to get the word out!

You cannot resell, share, gift, or pass along the pattern file itself, in any format. The files are for you. If a friend wants it, please send them to the shop.

You cannot claim the design as your own, and please do not use these for mass production, print on demand, or factory manufacturing. This is meant for handmade work. Any infringement of this will not be tolerated. 

You can resize the pattern to fit your project. Please don't just change the design a little and call it a new pattern.

The artwork stays the property of I.T.S. Fine Glass, LLC. Buying a pattern gives you permission to use it under these terms, not ownership of the design.

Basically, just don't be gross about how you use these, and we're good!
