Digital Pattern Licensing & Usage Rules

When you purchase a digital pattern from I.T.S. Fine Glass, you are purchasing a limited license to use that specific design.

  • You may use the pattern to create physical stained glass pieces for personal use, gifting, or small-scale local sales (such as craft fairs or personal commissions).

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, share, or sell the digital pattern file itself, either modified or in its original format.

  • You may not use our original designs for mass commercial manufacturing or wholesale production.

If you share photos of your completed physical glass pieces online using our patterns, credit to I.T.S. Fine Glass as the original designer is highly encouraged and greatly appreciated.

Unauthorized Use

We actively monitor the internet for unauthorized distribution of our patterns and theft of our imagery. I.T.S. Fine Glass reserves the right to take legal action against any party found to be infringing upon our intellectual property. 

Look, stealing isn't cool. If you can afford the rising costs of art glass, solder, foil, and came, you can definitely afford to pay an independent artist a few dollars for the blueprint you're using. A massive amount of time and labor goes into drafting these patterns. Please respect that effort. If you are found to be stealing, copying, or redistributing my work, I won't just ignore it; I will actively pursue all available avenues to have it taken down.
